At Well Beings Chicago, LLC we will provide programming centered around the principles of mindfulness and oneness to promote mind, body, and spirit wellbeing in every life we touch.
Additionally, we are sensitive to how various aspects of our lives impact our health and well-being and honor everyone’s unique and personal journey. We also emphasize personal responsibility for achieving and maintaining wellness. Much of the programming for adult participants will be restorative, developed to bring them to back to overall wellbeing. The youth programming will be centered around pro-action and prevention.
Our goal is to cultivate, nurture, and restore well beings for now and for the future.

GABORI M PARTEE SR
Gabori M Partee Sr, is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Performance Enhancement Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and former United States Marine Sargent.
Health & Fitness Professional with an extensive amount of training experience. I'm a United States Marine Corps veteran of 8 years. I served in OEF, as well as OIF 1 in Kuwait and Iraq. I played varsity and semi-pro basketball for over a decade including high school, junior college, and the United States military. I taught hand to hand combat training for 2 1/2 years, and I've been a certified personal trainer for over 8 yrs. I'm also a level 1 Nutritionist, and a NASM Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist.
My goal is to see that the world becomes a more healthy place by getting it's citizens in great physical, mental, and spiritual shape.
Specialties: Sports Specific Training, Muscular Endurance Training, Weight Loss and Weight Gain, Strength Training, Core Strength Training, Cardiovascular Endurance Training, Activities With Older Adults, Overall Conditioning, and Nutritional Planning.
Tiffini Holmes, is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Health Coach and author of Balancing The Scale:
What I Gained While Losing.
She considers herself a behavior change specialist, advocate, resource, and accountability partner to her clients. Tiffini believes in total wellness: mind, body, and spirit. According to her, having any one without the others is not enough.
She is an ideal coach in the areas of wellness, personal development, and problem solving because not only she is studied and knowledgeable, but she has also personally done the work. After tipping the scale at over 400 lbs. She began her own wellness journey. While initially thinking it would be solely a physical transformation, she quickly realized her transformation was all encompassing (mind, body, and spirit).
Tiffini created a methodology that along with personal training has allowed her to lose almost 200lbs and make healthy habits a part of her lifestyle. She is dedicated to helping others identify and achieve their health goals as well.
